Abstract

|
Objective : This study is to find out a Study on the Investigation result of the Satisfaction by Multicultural Awareness Improvement Program in the progress of Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center, and is to application as the basis data for improve the quality of future progress service in Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center.
Methods : The way of this study was analysis the investigation result of the satisfaction by Multicultural Awareness Improvement Program of the progress in Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center, The result analysis represented by frequency and percentage, the mean of satisfaction investigation by Likert scale.
Results : This study analysis result was presented total sixth session satisfaction mean 4.38, and first session satisfaction mean 4.00, second sessions satisfaction mean 4.07, three sessions satisfaction mean 4.02, four sessions satisfaction mean 4.17, and five sessions satisfaction mean 4.13.
Conclusion : The result of this study indicate that future study will need the clinical study and program developing for quality improve of Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center.
